Elizabeth has more than 25 years’ experience representing companies in diverse industries including financial, life-sciences, beverages, and imaging technology as both in-house and outside counsel.

Unique combination of experience in international trade, international tax and international business law.

With the same focus on risk mitigation, she advises companies, executives and boards across industries beyond the financial industry on developing policies and procedures, compliance programs and compliance training in international related areas such as beneficial owner registry, anticorruption, and international sanctions.

Prior to starting her law firm, she served as in-house counsel at The Coca-Cola Company and Genzyme Corporation, a member of the Markit|CTI legal advisory team, a Senior Associate with Dewey Ballantine, and a clerk at the U.S. Court of International Trade.
