Bahamas CRS Partner Activation List & Portal Dates

On June 4, 2024, the Bahamas Competent Authority posted the updated Common Reporting Standard (CRS) activation list for Y2024 reporting. The list includes 71 jurisdictions with Andorra and Aruba being added.



The Bahamas will open for FATCA and CRS registration and submissions on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 9 AM ET. The portal will close on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 5PM ET. Once the portal closes, Financial Institutions can contact the Bahamas Competent Authority at helpdesk@taxreporting.finance.gov.bs or information@taxreporting.finance.gov.bs.
