On June 26, 2025, the Cayman Islands Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) announced the FATCA and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) the DITC portal is open for FATCA and CRS uploads.

CRS Reportable Jurisdictions
The Cayman Islands published an updated list of CRS Reportable Jurisdictions in March 2025. The list for Y2024 reporting is below.
